No party obtained the majority necessary to form a government to nominate a Prime Minister, but under the conservative-nationalist-republican coalition a government was formed led by Últyrka Flœrníva. The leader of the nationalist party Várkštal Heltrýník was chosen as foreign minister, while the leader of the Republican party Nýthør Krælmýsk was chosen as defence minister given his military background.

The Conservatives entered the election with a lead over the Liberals in opinion polls, and the potential scale of the party's victory was a topic of discussion during the campaign period. The economy, healthcare, education, infrastructure development, environment, housing, energy, immigration, and standards in public office were the main campaign topics. These elections were the first under the new constitution of 2 December 2024, which provides for bicameralism and the election of the Prime Minister to replace the President of Kyivska Rus. In addition, the form of representative election through regional parliaments was abolished in favour of direct elections. It was also the first election to be held taking into account the new powers of the different state groups. The King is expected to elect the House of Lords in the coming days. The Kyivska Rus regions will hold their regional elections on Friday, December 6, 2024.
 
The elected representatives will be sworn in by the king on December 7, 2024, at the session that is expected to elect the members of the new constitutional court.

On Wednesday, December 4, the 2024 Kyievska Rus general elections were held to elect 675 members of the Supreme Parliament, the lower house of the Kyievska Rus Parliament. The opposition Conservative Party, led by Últyrka Flœrníva, defeated the ruling Liberal Party, led by Artem Doubek.
