===Formation===
===Formation===
The Karlsson government was formed in response to the 2021 governmental crisis, which began with the arrest of the then-Finance Secretary TBD on charges of corruption. In the wake of the scandal, Prime Minister Joshua Hartmann offered his resignation to President Mosley on 10 November 2021, assuming collective responsibility for his administration's actions. On 15 November, President Mosley appointed Mekhar A. Karlsson, a business magnate known for his eccentric and sometimes reckless leadership style, as the new Prime Minister. Karlsson was charged with the task of overhauling and innovating the rigid ministry system. The formation of his government was completed by 19 November 2021, with almost all cabinet ministers from the previous administration being replaced, except for Ángel Fox, Martin Müller, and Joshua Hartmann, who returned as justice secretary.

==="Eulabia of To-morrow" Initiative===
==="Eulabia of Tomorrow" Initiative===
Under the "Eulabia of To-morrow" initiative, Prime Minister Karlsson introduced a new government predominantly composed of young, ambitious ministers. He streamlined the governmental structure by reducing the number of cabinet ministers from 20 to 10 through the consolidation of several ministries into larger "superministries." This reorganisation reflected Karlsson’s governance style, which bears similarities to corporate management practices. This approach has been frequently criticised; however, Karlsson has countered such criticisms by asserting, "Those who say I run my government as a company surely have never run one themselves." Regarding the ideological debates surrounding his government's shift from the mostly centrist policies of the ruling [[National Party of Eulabia]] to more right-wing policies, Karlsson considers himself apolitical. He has expressed that he is focused on his job rather than engaging in what he describes as a "political circus."

==Composition==
==Composition==
The composition of Karlsson's government is notable for its inclusion of many independent specialists, marking it as Eulabia's first predominantly technocratic government with only four senior ministers as members of a political party. This structure is according to Karlsson intended to promote efficiency and innovation within the government by relying on expertise and practical experience.

The Karlsson government is the seventh government of the Commonwealth of Eulabia, formed on 19 November 2021 and headed by Mekhar A. Karlsson as prime minister unde the presidency of Oswald Mosley. The government was formed following 2021 government crisis and fall of the Hartmann government.

Overview

Formation

The Karlsson government was formed in response to the 2021 governmental crisis, which began with the arrest of the then-finance minister TBD on charges of corruption. The formation of his government was completed by 19 November 2021, with almost all cabinet ministers from the previous administration being replaced, except for Sebastian Fox, Martin Müller, and Joshua Hartmann, who returned as justice minister.

"Eulabia of Tomorrow" Initiative

Under the "Eulabia of Tomorrow" initiative, Prime Minister Karlsson introduced a new government predominantly composed of young, ambitious ministers. He streamlined the governmental structure by reducing the number of cabinet ministers from 20 to 10 through the consolidation of several ministries into larger "superministries." This reorganisation reflected Karlsson’s governance style, which bears similarities to corporate management practices. This approach has been frequently criticised; however, Karlsson has countered such criticisms by asserting, "Those who say I run my government as a company surely have never run one themselves." Regarding the ideological debates surrounding his government's shift from the mostly centrist policies of the ruling National Party of Eulabia to more right-wing policies, Karlsson considers himself apolitical. He has expressed that he is focused on his job rather than engaging in what he describes as a "political circus."

Composition

The composition of Karlsson's government is notable for its inclusion of many independent specialists, marking it as Eulabia's first predominantly technocratic government with only three senior ministers as members of a political party. This structure is according to Karlsson intended to promote efficiency and innovation within the government by relying on expertise and practical experience.
