Kicceon is an ecumenopolis planet located in the Outer Band of the Talin Galaxy. A habitable world orbiting the star Kicco, Kicceon was settled by the Human Expansion in 421 BHT, one of the first interstellar planets colonized by humans. Following integration with the Galactic Union, Kicceon became an economically important hub thanks to its proximity to overspace routes. As of 3020 AHT, it is one of the largest city planets in the Human Expansion.
