Dacata is a small planet located in the Varuno Sector of the Outer Band of the Talin Galaxy. The native sentient species are the Dacats. Dacata is a member of the Galactic Union. Covered in arid steppes and low-brush forests, Dacata's sparsely populated villages teem with the culture of the Dacats, while the few major spaceports are hubs of galactic commerce.
