Salomon Ekoto (born September 8th, 1959) is a Lendascinan-Epsilonian politician who serves as the 24th President of Lendascina since 2017. Born in Epsilon to a Lendascinan refugee family fleeing the Lendascina civil war, Ekoto returned to his homeland in 1982 as part of an activist group opposed to Lendascina's military dictatorship. After the restoration of democracy in 1985, Ekoto began seeking a political career and was elected to the national legislature. In 1999, he became the governor of Ilneck. In 2017, Ekoto ran for president and defeated incumbent Serge Zamengwé.
