The population of the ward was estimated to be 358,089 in 2017, an increase of 10,325 since the most recent census. However, the population is very homogenous, with over 96% of the population having been born in Uxbridbury, and nearly 100% having been born in Pharexia as a whole; only 441 people said they were born outside the country in the last census, with a majority coming from the neighboring ward [[Victorium]].
