Early Life and Career

LaRochelle was born to a middle class family in Anticosti, a city in southeastern Quebecshire. He was given a white VieRoche Crystal at a younger age. He completed schooling and was accepted into the University of Orléans where he studied political science. Following this, he returned to Anticosti for some time, getting involved in local politics. Following his graduation from university, he completed a lightsaber with his white crystal.

LaRochelle was elected to Parliament in 1999 for his first term. He was a member of the National Union party within the Revanchist Coalition. LaRochelle served two terms before being appointed as Administrator for National Education by Florence Ponce in 2009 when she assembled her Administration.
