The Teotl are a criminal organization operating in Asgård that claim to be the direct successor of a thrall secret organization of the same name. They have a strong presence in the Nahuas and other Conito-Nordanians communities. While they claim to be a single organization, they are today a collection of individual "Calli" of 20-40 people each that can have feuds against each others, at the hearth of a larger system of alliances with other local Sjealandic gangs.
The gang is famous for taking enormous inspiration from the Aztlan Civilization as many of its members are Nahuas either born in Sjealand from families which had their ancestors deported through the Thrall Trade, or are second-to-third generations of migrants from Karazawa, generally of ethnic Conito-Nordanian minorities such as the Nahuas, the Chichimecas, Hiussapi, or Moltot. which are generally "forgotten" in a Karazawi and Latin country. While they generally believe it to be a "return to their root", most of the Aztlan symbols or words are used as gang signals. Only scarce words of Nahuatl are spoken by the gang members, generally related to the hierachy and organizaiton of the gang.
While the gang keep operating "in the streets", a large share of its operations have moved on to white collar crimes and less dangerous, more lucrative, illegal activities. Their presence in Sjealandic prisons is small but noticeable. Because of the slow reforms of their groups, the Teotl have started to have more regular contacts with the Karazawi Cartels, to the point there are police report of tensions emerging between the Teotl and the Lazarene Group, which have sold drugs and weapons to the Teotl in the past, but now are slowly threatening their own operations in Sjealand.
