Welwald, officially the State of Welwald Island, is a state in Arabi. It is the smallest Arabin state by area and the eighth most populous. The state gets its name from Arabinian geologist Will Wald who led an expedtion of scientist and researchers to study the land of Welwald to determine which areas were habitable.
