Ikheria border Germany in West, Czech Republic and Slovakia in Southwest, Ukraine in Southeast, Russia in East, and Lithuania and Baltic Sea in North.

The Telecommunication service in Ikheria was one of the most advanced in the world, based from ITU data. In fact, today, more than 25% of population was connected via fiber and in Soviet era, Ikherian engineers successfully develop DTIS, the de facto successor of ISDN.
Because of regulatory restrictions and some other reasons, telecommunication service provider in Ikheria was very limited and de facto monopolized by the state-owned INTTC.
