After retiring from modeling and acting. He went to work for Edward Lewis, at Edward Lewis Enterprises. During this time at Edward Lewis Enterprises, he quikcly rise through their ranks and chaired four of their subsidiaries before leaving to form MWH Partners, LP, a private equity firm, in 2020.

He attended the Madison Preparatory School in Livingstone. Haar graduated from the University of Rhodeland, with a certificate in photography, bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in management and a master degrees in organizational leadership. He was also a member of Chi Phi fraternity.
