The Speaker of the Arabin House of Representatives is the presiding officer of the Arabin House of Representatives. The office was established in 1839 by Article I, Section 2, Clause 4 of the Arabin Constitution. The speaker, is the political leader of the House, they are also the presiding officer, is leader of the body's majority party, and is the institution's administrative head. The speaker rarely participates in debates on the floor.

The speaker is second in the Arabin presidential line of succession, after the Vice President and before the Vice President of the Senate.

The current House speaker, James Young (R) of New London, was elected to the office on January 5, 2023.
