| Spencer Wilson Hastings (born September 30, 1996) is an Layfetian politician and who is currently serving as the Executive Minister of Layfet and is a member of the Union Party. Hastings is the youngest person ever elected to the office. She previously served Ambassador to Paisi Union from 2017 to 2019 and Deputy Ambassador to Pervin from 2016 to 2017.

| Hastings was born in Windsor, Thentar. She graduated from Windsor High School early with an Associate's Degree in 2014. She then went on to attend the University of Layfet in Tranquility City. While attending, Hastings joined the Layfet Diplomatic Core as a student representative. Her efforts during that school year, allowed her to run and win the office as the Public Affairs Officer for the Layfetian Diplomatic Core.
