The '''Central Telecommunication Office''' ([[Mutli]]:"త్తిత్తభయి ఒల ఎతె", "''T'it'ab'ay Ol Ete''"), is a [[Mutul|Mutulese]] government agency dependent on the [[House of Roads, Mails, and Telecommunications]] of the [[Divine Monarchy of the Mutul|Mutulese government]] and the largest {{wp|Telephone company|Telephone service provider}} and {{wp|Internet service provider}} of the Divine Kingdom. Despite its name, the CTO is in practice a {{wp|Business|for-profit organization}} {{wp|Listing (finance)|listed}} on the [[K'uhul Wayib' K'iwik]] {{wp|stock exchange}} (under the name "త్తిఒఎ" or "TOE"). Contrary to most telecommunication operators, is not dedicated to providing services to individuals clients, instead offering equipments, {{wp|Internet transit|IP transits}} and generally maintaining a large Internet Protocol Network to be subsequently used by smaller internet providers operating in the Mutul. As a result it's network is the sole Mutulese-based one to be classified as a {{wp|Tier 1 network}} by professionals and observers.

The Nysaid' programme is based mainly on those of the ancient games, where sports were chosen based on a mix of Latins, Mutuleses, and Norumbian games in which at least two thirds of the competing countries could field a team. These included {{wp|Sport of athletics|Athletics}} disciplines (racing, {{wp|Javelin throw}}, {{wp|Shot put}}...), {{wp|Swimming (sport)|swimming}}, {{wp|Ancient Greek boxing|boxing}}, but also team sports such as [[Pitz]], {{wp|Hockey}}, and {{wp|Lacrosse}}.
