Chief Inspector Süleymān Muhammad Khan was a police officer murdered in 2020 by Danistarabian and Sharifistani drug traffickers along with his eight bodyguards.
Early life
Süleymān Muhammad Khan was born in Madinat Al-Islam, his father ,Muhammad Khan, was a Corporal in the Royal Madinat Al-Islam Infantry. His mother (a housewife) was Aisha Meryem Khan. He grew up in an apartment in Madinat Al-Islam Central. He attended a Grammar School in Madinat Al-Islam.
Military service and higher education
Süleymān Muhammad Khan was conscripted at the age of 18 in the Royal Madinat Al-Islam Cavalry in 2003, serving for three years (two years longer than conscription which lasts one year) and being deployed to Baluchistan. His military records describe him as "impeccable in conduct" and "popular amongst the other soldiers". After his military service he studied Criminology for three years at Madinat Al-Islam University graduating in 2009.
Police career
In 2009 Trooper Süleymān Muhammad Khan, BSC, joined the Madinat Al-Islam Police as a cadet. Then in 2010, he became a patrolman on a council estate in Madinat Al-Islam, he won the respect of many on the estate, received praise for bravery and within three years was given a promotion to Sergeant in a middle-class neighbourhood and then, two years later in 2015, he became a Detective Sergeant in the Armed Robberies Squad. Three years later (and after receiving the Sharifistani Police Gallantry Medal for his work there), he was moved to the Alcohol, Tobacco and Narcotics Squad and promoted to Detective Inspector. He served two years before being promoted to Detective Chief Inspector his role in tackling organised drug trafficking.
Assassination
After refusing to accept bribes and threats from Danistarabian and Sharifistani drug traffickers he was investigating, he was shot dead along with eight other officers prompting a crackdown on various types of crime.
