Maria Florencia Dulce Martínez y Sarmiento was an Ilarian operative that served in the Special Operations Executive. Enlisting in Oboe Company, Florencia served mostly as a spy, where her beauty and seductive skills earned her the nickname "La Succube", or "The Succubus."
Florencia was born to a wealthy middle-class family in Tocacama. She was then married to Orlando Luciano Martínez, a wealthy industrialist, years after meeting him in the University of Sorata. When the Sixth Zacaya War broke out, she was residing in their beach estate near Suljuí when Guado troops invaded. After the Guados occupied their respective portion of the eastern coast, Florencia was taken hostage with her husband murdered and her children abducted. After the Ilarian Army liberated the city, a team of members of Oboe Company lead by Alexander Sacristán came across her estate, and saved her from a Guado soldier attempting to bring her to his transport boat. Upon staying with the Company, she requested to enlist, motivated to earn her revenge and find her children. Upon being recognized by her beauty, Sacristán insisted that she become a spy disguised as a prostitute. Despite hating the job, Florencia performed outstandingly, and with her authorization to kill her targets, she became feared among Archadian and Guado soldiers. Approaching the end of the war, she fell in love with Julio Lizardo Velázquez, and after the war's end, they married and had one more child.
She is the great-grandmother of ILESOC operative Víctor Carmelo Velázquez.
