Trident Defense Force

The Trident Defense Force, also known as the TDF, is the official armed forces of the Trident Union. It seeks to protect, defend, and maintain the Union's autonomy through various means. The TDF is separated into the Army, Air Force, Navy, Cyber Force. These branches employ various technologies and weapons for defense of the Trident Union's autonomy.

The TDF has participated in a number of operations, against both internal and external enemies.

Mission & Doctrine

The primary role of the Trident Defense Force is to "maintain the safety and autonomy of the Trident Union, and it's people". This includes defense against enemies outside of the Union's border and other, internal insurgencies that may arise. They aim to keep the airways, waterways, and land of the Union safe from these types of threats.

Equipment

The Trident Defense Force employs a variety of weaponry, employed by multiple branches. Due to separation from the outside world for much of it's history, the military-industrial complex, and thus the equipment of the Union is mostly home-grown and made in the Union. As of recent times, foreign weapons purchases are arriving.

Trident Army

The Army employs a number of weapons, most of which are meant for combat on the ground or defense of the ground in the Union or allied nations.

The Air Force employs a variety of weapons, many of which hare meant for combat in the aerospace of the Union or allied nations.
