Multitasker Singer! is an Alezian singing competition television series created by Adharzan Yawsari, with production and distribution handled by ABA Entertainment Zafizamarrah.

The series itself was a reboot to a serial of the same name (minus the "exclamation mark" at the end) that was broadcasted in North Alezia only from 2013 to 2020. The previous series was knows for being one of the best Alezian television series of all time, and its reputation helped the reboot's success throughout the Alezian Union.

The show is about singers presenting their voices and their second talent simultaneously on stage and competing to be "The Best Alezian Multitasking Singer of the Year".

History

Previously, Multitasker Singer was made by Adharzan Yawsari (known in North Alezia as the Father of Alezian 2000s Television) as he was brainstorming with his fellow members of ABA Entertainment for a local-made popular show, which resulted in the show. Initially, Yawsari's idea was deemed as weird, however, ratings proved the critics wrong as the show remains one of Alezia's most watched shows of the 2010s.

The show itself was so popular that it earned a following in Mosin-Nagan, Pantabang Islands, and most notably South Alezia who at that time had a government that restricted entry of North Alezian media.

When the Alezian reunification process was completed, the media and the public asked the restructurized ABA to reboot "Multitasker Singer", this time consisting of contestants coming from the entire Alezian Union.

Rules

Eligibility

Each contestant must be between 17 to 40 years of age, each contestant must be citizens (or half-citizens if they hold dual citizenship) of the Alezian Union, and each contestant must be able to do another activity other than singing. Playing an instrument does not count.

Round 1 - Initial Auditions

Each contestant went through an audition stage which were held in 3 cities in North Alezia and South Alezia, 2 in Pantabang Islands, and 1 in Mosin-Nagan. Each contestant would then present a song without presenting their second talent. From there, 5 acts from each city (which would total to 45) would go on to the "Cutting Board"

Round 2 - Cutting Board

The selected contestants then got flown to Zafizamarrah for the "Cutting Board" which is rounds of elimination. In this round, the contestants are split into 5 groups where in each group, they are required to present a preselected song while doing a simple and universal "pre-selected" activity prepared by the show, and the contestants would be filtered from 45 to the final 20.

Round 3 - Top 20

After the contestants got reduced to 20, the contestants got split into 4 groups of five, where each contestants presented their voices and also presented their preferred "second talent". In each group, the top two acts will qualify into the duels round, while the fourth and fifth placed acts gets eliminated, and the third placed acts get into the "Second Chance Round"

Round 3,5 - Second Chance

Four third placers from each group would have a chance to fight for the two remaining seats at the duels round. The system works like in the Top 20, where the bottom two gets eliminated while the top two acts gets the duels seat.

Round 4 - Duels Round

In this round, 10 acts would be divided by 2 to make 5 duel rounds. In this round, each act would compete against their opponent with the best act going to the final 5.

Round 5 - Final 5

In this round, the final 5 acts would compete once again where the two best acts would go on to receive the spot for the "Duel of the Multitasked", while the bottom three would be eliminated, earning 3rd, 4th, and 5th place.

In this round, the contestants are required to do two acts, one of their preferences, and one of the three selected by the show.

Round 6 - Final Duel

In this round, the final duel ensues between the two finalists. In this round, each contestant would present three songs consecutively while doing three acts, one of their preferences, and two of the four selected by the show.

At the end, the best act would be declared the winner and "The Alezian Multitasker Singer of the Year".
