Rashad Ahlam Munir, Duke of Domvallier (Arabic: رشاد منير; born 13 December 1987), also known by his initials RAM, is a Cordonian businessman and peer. He is the head of state of the duchy of Domvallier and member of the noble court of Cordonia as the duke of Domvallier. He served as the chief technology officer of Sloan Enterprises from 2016–2023 as the business partner of American billionaire William Sloan. He has been consistently listed by Forbes as one of the youngest Cordonian millionaires.

The Duke of Munir was born in 1987 in Walcourt, Domvallier. He is the son of Jamal Munir, Duke of Domvallier and Rebeka Munir, Duchess of Domvallier. He identifies as a non-practicing Muslim.
