He was a known dissident renowned for being imprisoned for six years, and his no tolerance policy against patricians during his lengthy governorship. During his short coalitional tenure he led a large invasion towards Oakmont, and caused a third famine to devastate the central frontiers of the High Empire. Assembling large armies estimates range towards the hundreds of thousands he spread out and conquered villages and towns that surrounded Forthwent and collectivised villages he owned, owing for lofty work which powered the rebellion. He was preemptively chosen in June 425, the second month after Charles III's ascension, and therefore he would callously influence the unknowing High Imperial government to prevent intel to be spread around the eastern provinces directly to Oakmont.
He sacked and burned villages who had mayors and a population who deeply despised anti-High Imperials, and instituted a ruthless form of submission tax to be directed monthly to the government. His blockade of Southport and his later poisoning of the supplies there caused a plague which killed over fifty thousand people. He died in summer to autumn 427 of food poisoning while marching his army southwest to attend a court session.
