Jacob Jebediah Schlatt (September 11th, 1999 — August 9th, 2022) was an American entrepreneur, tycoon, convicted felon, and con artist. He was the standing chief executive officer and founder of Schlatt & Co., a conglomerate corporation.

Early life

Jacob Jebediah Schlatt was born on September 11th, 1999, accompanied by his twin brother Jebediah Jacob Schlatt (September 11th, 1999 - circa July 2022). He was the second child of Mickey Schlatt (April 12th, 1969 — August 10th, 1999) and Regina Schlatt (born March 17th, 1974). Raised in a strict Catholic household without a father figure present during his upbringing, Jacob quickly grew weary of his surroundings, and subsequently ran away from home following his fifteenth birthday. Without a place to stay, Jacob found himself conning his way into the most prestigious of hotels in Liberty City, earning 'Service Boy' as a title due to disguising himself as a room service employee whilst attempting to seek shelter.

Despite his rough living conditions, Jacob graduated from Xavier Highschool in 2017, later attending and graduating from Vespucci University with a Bachelor's degree in entrepreneurship.

'Mogul moves'

With an exceptional talent in the art of conning, Jacob found himself fabricating a sturdy path into the ruthless world of economics of Liberty City, unrealistically finding himself sitting on a ginormous pile of money following a self proclaimed 'committing of financial fraud' in mid-2020. With his newfound fortune, Jacob launched a business campaign which would quickly spiral into a conglomerate company known later on as Schlatt & Co. Along the way Jacob picked up fellow con artist Traves Traves and forced him into working under his wing, Traves later describing it to be something comparable to that of a 'Chinese child sweatshop worker'. Jacob's efforts soon proved to be effective, as the two of them were both presented with quite the profit margin.

Early on in 2022, Jacob decided to branch out his business, choosing the west coast as an optimal location to jumpstart a secondary chain of businesses, his first chain on the east coast proving to be extremely successful. With this in mind, both Jacob and Traves moved to Blaine County, San Andreas.

24/7 pharmaceutical drug scandal

Upon arrival, the pair's first business campaign was a pocket store ran within a 24/7 convenience store, marketed as an allergen medication pharmacy. Two profitable sales were made before the business was shut down, with a customer reporting the discovery of a bag of cocaine being stowed away within a family sized bag of Lays potato chips. Both Jacob and Traves were subsequently arrested, facing hefty sentences upon arriving at Sandy Shores police department. But with reputable alibis, the two shifted the blame over to Martin Brower Distribution Co., eventually launching an investigation with eventually led to the downfall of Martin Brower later that year. The two were declared not guilty by standing judge Lydia Smoterich-Barr, and were let go.

Following their discharge, both Jacob and Traves discovered the young man who had reported their misdoings to the police. The two began harassing him, before he subsequently ran off and informed the police of the pair's misdoings. AFter a brief hiatus, the two returned to their antics, which quickly escalated once Traves pulled out a firearm and assaulted the man with it, fatally wounding him. Unbeknownst to Traves, a police cruiser was lurking only a couple hundred feet away. Traves sprinted away, only to commit suicide with the firearm once cornered by police. Jacob was arrested and convicted of accessory to murder, of which he served jailtime for.

Resurrection of Traves Traves

Traves was eventually resurrected with the assistance of Jacob, using his connections to a powerful demon belonging to the sixth layer of hell, using the identity of Ronald McDonald as a way to connect to the real world. Rumor has it that Jacob sacrificed an unknown child's beating heart, a right index finger belonging to another unknown child, and the deceased body of Oliver Costa, a transportation driver prior for Martin Brower.

Ranch De Caniche

Jacob and Traves moved on to open up their third business, leasing out Paul_Hudson's property to open up a Mexi-Cali themed restaurant which later was known to be Ranch De Caniche, most notable for its role in perhaps one of the largest drug busts recorded in San Andreas history, with approximately over 134 million USD worth of illicit substances being confiscated by the Blaine County Sheriff's Office. This, however, did not close the location, and Jacob and Traves continued to run the restaurant with little to no issues with assistance from employees and close friends Max Oswell and Zac Erwin, excepting the daily acts of violence that supposedly took place on the property, until Jacob's death.

Health complications

After being acquainted with the existence of the movie Elvis (2022), Jacob took inspiration after the deceased singer's choice of diet and dedicated himself to a meal plan consisting of two deep-fried peanut butter and jelly sandwiches stuffed with fried bacon, pastrami, and chopped up banana. Supposedly Jacob indulged in the 'Elvis diet' three to four times a day, eventually leading to his first recorded heart attack taking place in a hair salon both him and Traves were running following complications with the state regarding Ranch De Caniche's existence. Jacob was taken to Boilingbroke, being treated and stabilized by present paramedic Tate Goodwin and was released shortly afterwards.

Second heart attack and subsequent death

Following his heart attack Jacob was transported to Ranch De Caniche, where he indulged in yet another generous helping of the 'Elvis diet' during dinner service, eventually suffering a second heart attack. Surrounded by his close friends, Jacob died on August 9th, 2022, in the upstairs bathroom of the location. First responder and police captain Jake Anderson performed CPR only to no avail, and pronounced Jacob dead.

Funeral

A funeral soon took place later that week, with notable members of Blaine County being in attendance. The funeral processions took place from the Sandy Shores airfield to the Great Chaparral graveyard, in which he was buried.

Grave robbery

On August 12th, 2022, the Great Chaparral graveyard was robbed, with Jacob's body being stolen in the process. Authorities are unsure of Jacob's body's fate, and to this day urge people to call 911 if anything new has appeared regarding Jacob's disappearance.
