The Fallen Isles Military District is responsible for the islands of Valksland, Teranarra, Penchester, and Karanante. As such, the regional command structures of those areas come under the jurisdiction of the District. A regional command group consists of three units: a mustering battalion, an Imperial Air Service regiment, and a regional headquarters. These groups usually total 2,400 troops and are commanded by the Lord-Constable of the region.
- Karanante Regional Command - 2,400 troops, commanded by Major General the Viscount Morsten
- Teranarra Regional Command - 2,400 troops, commanded by Major General the Earl of Teranarra
- Valksland Regional Command - 2,400 troops, commanded by Major General the Earl of Swanborough
- Penchester Regional Command - 2,400 troops, commanded by Major General the Marquess of Penderstone
