The City of Frankenlisch Military District is one of the several Military Districts that make up North-Eastern Command of Vionna-Frankenlisch's Imperial Army. It is responsible for Imperial Army formations within, and the military administration of, the City of Frankenlisch and its surrounding areas. Commanded by the Earl of Hasting, the district comprises 12,575 troops.

Regular Army
The garrisons of Imperial Palace and Frankenlisch Castle are the two permanent Regular Army commands stationed within the city. Other Regular Army units reside at Bliksem Barracks and a variety of cantonments around the City of Frankenlisch area. Combined, the two garrisons number 5,375 troops (including the Imperial Household Guard, based at Frankenlisch Castle).

Regional Commands
The City of Frankenlisch Military District is responsible for the command areas of Frankenlisch City, Frankenlisch Harbour, and the Earldom of Hasting. As such, the regional command structures of those areas come under the jurisdiction of the District. A regional command group consists of three units: a mustering battalion, an Imperial Air Service regiment, and a regional headquarters. These groups usually total 2,400 troops and are commanded by the Lord-Constable of the region.
