It was established on 26 March 2023 in response to the escalation of political hostilities between Hoterallian left-wing and right-wing.
Background
The political stand-off between left-wing and right-wing factions in Hoterallia led to widespread unrest and violence, resulting in significant damage to the country's social, economic, and political fabric. The situation had become untenable, and the need for a peaceful and constructive resolution to the crisis was apparent.
In response, the Hoterallian Emperor issued Order 113, which called for an immediate end to all political hostilities and urged all political leaders to work towards a peaceful and constructive resolution to the crisis. The order emphasized the importance of upholding the values of democracy, peace, and justice and called for mutual respect and understanding between all factions.[1][2]
