AleziRadio Festival of Songs 2007 is the fiftieth edition of the annual AleziRadio Festival of Songs. The competition was held as usual in 16th of May 2007 by the authorities of Radio Araminhaes (RA). This is the fourth time that Aramna hosted the competition after doing so previously in 1974, 1982, and 1991 after the victory of Tamar Lilnavais with the song "Antessilos"
The festival was won by Andi Robi Idris Novogrody with the song "Любить тебя и меня" representing Pyalivostok, which made the region's tenth victory. The top three was concluded with Zafizamarrah returning to top 3 spot after previous years of poor results with their 16th second place, and newcomer foreign country StrayaRoos earning third place. Robi's victory shattered the previous records of the most points earned in jury, televote, and overall by finishing with points approximately 2.81 times more than the runner-up. Andi Robi Idris Novogrody is the grandson of three-time ARFOS champion Aziz Goridagyev Novogrody. Robi is also the youngest winner of ARFOS to date where he won at age 17 years and 4 months.
After Tamar's victory exactly the day after on 17th of May 2007, the Alezian Broadcasting Authority (ABA) who holds responsibility over AleziRadio (AR) announced that Radio Araminhaes has signed an agreement to host the 50th festival, which is an important occasion, and as such was met with high expectations and euphoria. The next day, Radio Araminhaes opened a bidding process for Aramnan cities that were interested on hosting the occasion until the next week. Eventually, Radio Araminhaes' newly-made Arico.Net account announced interest from a record eighteen venues in six cities and towns. Among these includes all of the previous hosting venues of Aramnan-held AleziRadio Festival of Songs.
However, these record-breaking amount of bidding were met with criticism as some of the bids presented were of low-quality and "unworthy of an event as big of a scale like ARFOS". And as such, instead of going into one round, AleziRadio and Radio Araminhaes introduced a new method of bidding by holding the vote over a two-hundred official plus fifty selected public member board. According to official ARFOS bidding rules, members in the jury must be impartial and don't have any relation with the bidding venues.
Each voting round will eliminate the lowest five each round until only two to five options remained in which the final vote calculated the final decision. The results of the bid can be seen below.

As a compromise for the venues who have reached the final round, second-place Noveanne Sanne Dialogousse Theatre got assigned to host the press conferences of the national festival, while third-place Eidelseharreplaasa got assigned to host another AleziRadio national event, the National Choral Competition.
Once again, a foreign country debuted in this year's AleziRadio Festival of Songs: StrayaRoos. Basnaharian participant Yusril Hatta returned after earning second place last year. Ani Maglevin who earned seventh place in the 1999 festival also returned as one of the members of KLASIKA.
Incidents
Andi Robi Idris Novogrody
Participation of Andi Robi Idris Novogrody into ARFOS was met with excitement from the public after he confirmed it after his victory at the Pyalivostokian regional final. However, several elements of the Alezian society questioned this due to Robi's family line of being the son of an ex-premier of North Alezia and grandson of the only ARFOS participants who have won three times on his own accord. Others questioned if Robi's selection was honest and called for his disqualification.
Responding to the drama, Robi said: "I was selected to represent Pyalivostok truthfully and honestly, and who my family are shouldn't be used to define who I am now as I'm trying to be my own person in this time. I ask for everyone to let me compete in ARFOS in peace". PyaliRadio and AleziRadio confirmed that the results of the Pyalivostokian regional preselection were honest and Robi was selected through honest means without any misdemeanor.
After Robi's victory, aspects of the public accused Robi of using his status to rig the competition with them pointing out that "the fact that Robi receives points from every jury and earns a large amounts of online votes are unnatural". However, Robi responded that he didn't want to play dirty and asked everyone to trust AleziRadio in the process. AleziRadio released a public statement stating that the results of the 2007 results were honest and was not tampered with, and reiterated that AleziRadio under the Alezian Broadcasting Authority by the Government of North Alezia will not accept any misdemeanor or tampering of the votes of ARFOS 2007.
Michel Artaian's Anger Management Issues
Aramnan representative Michel Artaian were supposed to also participate in the second dress rehearsal like every other participant. However, due to unknown results (with the largest rumoured reasoned to be a management misunderstanding), Michel refused to participate in the rehearsal and instead went somewhere instead. When he was forced to go up over the threats of disqualification, Michel went up and when there were some considerable issues regarding sound mixing, Michel broke a microphone in two and left the stage in anger, before breaking other non-essential equipment.
The scene became an instant gossip hit. Michel refused to comment on this scene and instead proposed that the public prepares for the entertainment he'll give. However, Michel was told to handle his issues before ARFOS starts or risk disqualification over damage of property and other contestants by AleziRadio. Eventually, AleziRadio permitted Michel to keep competing. However, he will still pay over the reparations of the damages he caused over three weeks after the festival.
Eddy Ringston's Live Stage Accident
Bristolian Eddy Ringston was supposed to rotate around in circles in his entry. However, at the live show, Eddy rotated too fast and fell down from the stage before supported by security officers back up the stage. Eddy finished his entry, but after consideration by the committee of AleziRadio and Radio Araminhaes, Eddy was allowed to perform again after all songs were performed. Eddy finished in ninth place.

Participating Entries and Results
According to the rules of the AleziRadio Festival of Songs, any international participant participating in the festival would be automatically have its' two entries run at number ten and twenty in the running order, and as such StrayaRoos was immediately put accordingly. Due to its' non-Alezian status, StrayaRoos couldn't participate in the Independence Award. Carrelie in 1989 and Waisnor in 2006 earned this clause as well.
- "*" = the singer won the Independence Award which was held the day before the competition.
- The song for the Independence Award for the year was Don't you Sleep Away by Molly Katten from 1943
