'''Iðunn Helga Þorsenn''' (''Iðunn Helga Þorsenn''; born 22 February, 1982) has been the [[Astjórn of Helmark]] since 5 May, 2016. Alongside this, Þorsenn also has served as the Leader of the [[Helmark National Union]] since the same date. Þorsenn's tenure has been seen as significantly more left-wing than her predecessor Hjorten Svarren's, and much of the HNU's electoral success during her leadership has been accredited to her leadership and popularity. At just 34 years of age, Þorsenn was the youngest ever Astjórn when she was appointed as party leader in 2016.

Þorsenn believes strongly in Helmark independence, however backs a democratic referendum and views that public opinion is not enough in favour to warrant a referendum as of 2023.
