The Alexandra Trophy is an association football award presented to the best-performing female player worldwide under the age of 21 during a joint ceremony with the Ballon d'Or. The award is presented by France Football and is named after Queen Alexandra, the inaugural and three-time winner of the Ballon d'Or Féminin. Beginning in 2018, it has served as the women's counterpart to the Kopa Trophy which is awarded to the best-performing male player under the age of 21.
The winner is selected by a jury of former Ballon d'Or and Ballon d'Or Féminin winners with the award itself being open to players outside of Europe including those playing in the United States' National Women's Soccer League.
