The UW would be incorporated apart of the 6 Railroads to form the [[North American System]] and would officially be apart of it in Late 1969. Though the UWLMS was the last part that would shutdown due to the Utah Western being Merged and would become its own Little Scrapping and rebuilding Company Similar to NREX. Nowadays the last remaining parts of the Utah Western is the [[Utah Western Scenic Railroad]] and 2 Steam Locomotives and 1 UW SD18 numbered 3210. Despite the Utah Western being apart of the NAS all Rolling Stock and Locomotives werent Fully repainted unlike KCN, NSR and WCR which got repainted early and became some sights when visiting the East Coast for Railfanners. All Management would Officially be apart of the NAS in 1971 along with all Routes and Operations handed over.
