Ronaldo Miguel Valebanè Baihà'adada was a Wallene politican and the . He served as the 1st Prime Minister of Wallenland following the liberals' victory of the civil war and the establishment of an assembly. His regime was regarded as chaotic and corrupt with bribery and blackmail rampant in his government as well as his successor, Baltasar Inácio.
