Kobusta, officially the Socialist Republic of the City of Kobusta (Kembala: Remaka Soktialista Kilona Kobusta; Punali: Aremake Sokotolista Kialoni Kobusta), is the capital city of the USRN. It has a population of 886,935 within its city proper, making it the 12th-largest city in the USRN. Kobusta operates as a constituent republic of the USRN, and is the smallest republic. Kobusta is entirely surrounded by Punaliland and is contiguous with Mbanze, the capital of Punaliland. The Lake Ulara capital region has a population of 1,856,944 and is the USRN's 9th-largest metropolitan area.
