Motasem Wael Alrawashdeh was born on 10 November, 1998, in the city of Alkarak to his father Wael Hassan Alrawashdeh and his mother Samira. From that day, he was destined to become a doctor and a leader of the newly born nation of Obrosa. He began his education at Hay Damascus Al-Kubra International School in Ukraine. He lived in Georgia and Russia for two years after returning from Ukraine before moving to Kazakhstan to complete his university education. He graduated with honors in dentistry in 2024.
