Innä is the capital and largest city of Shadoveil. The administrative center of Innä Prefecture, Innä is the country's main port, commercial, and political center. It is one of the most populous and largest cities of Thuadia and the Rimidic Ocean as well as the largest city in Anteria as a whole.
The city was founded by an unknown member of House Alaakerz shortly after the mass exodus from Nyalan as a small fort to house the dynasty.
