Fiona Birgitte Winter (born (1998-08-12)12 August 1998) is a Normarkian singer-songwriter. Often regarded as one of the most popular pop singers in Greater Normark, she has won several prizes both as a solo artist and as the frontwoman of the very popular folk pop band Aurora Lane. Fiona Winter won the normarkian singing competition Golden Voice in 2015, when she was only 17 years old, which landed her a one album contract from Golden Voice Industries. Her debut album, Fiona, was released only a few months after she won the competition and the pretty mainstream pop album only gained moderate popularity. This probably mostly stemmed from the fact that top normarkian writers wrote all songs on the album for her, leaving little creativity or experimenting from Fiona's part.

After the contract with Golden Voice Industries was finished, she was quickly headhunted by Blue Stereo Records which offered her a three album contract. Fiona Winter quickly decided that she would write all the songs for her sophomore album Lady Spring (2016), and her music style quickly changed from commercial pop to folksy singer-songwriter indie pop. Lady Spring was critically acclaimed in Greater Normark, and she won several national prizes for it. Her break into the normarkian mainstream but also the global stage came with her third studio album Winter (2018). This album was much more mature and leaned even more heavily into baroque pop and the singer-songwriting style.

Fiona Winter paused her solo career in 2018 for several different collaborations. The first collaboration was a country and folk pop album, called Velvet Dusk (2018), with famous normarkian country pop artist Heidi Mo Lyng. A year later in 2019 she would form the indie pop band Aurora Lane together with percussionist and drummer Lise Hansdatter and pianist Viole Bjørgen. Ever since 2019 has this band been her biggest focus point even if she released a collarobation in 2022 under the name The Dawn together with the normarkian DJ MC Dawn. Even though she still mostly focus on Aurora Lane, she actually released her first solo album since 2018 in 2024 called The Torturer's masque.
