A domain is distributed to a domain-buyer when the buyer buys the domain. It is now his/her property and he/she can do whatever he/she wants with the domain. If he/she does not know coding websites, he/she can hire a coder. But if two people are fighting over a domain, both have to do three rounds of any game and the winner gets the domain.
.commercial.el domain owners MUST have a business, if the person does not have a business, he/she gets refunded and his domain is confiscated.
.gov.el domains can only be used by the Government of Elbailand, whoever breaks the rule and buys a .gov.el domain anyway will get a huge massive fine (50,000-150,000 د.إ) for taking government property and his/her .gov.el domain will be confiscated.
.org.el domains can only be used by non-profit organizations, if a person breaks this rule he/she gets a refund and the domain is sold on the market.
.ed.el domain buyers must be a member of their school’s IT department (If not then the owner is refunded and the domain gets sold in the market.), but the school administration owns the domain.
.med.el domain buyers must be a part of their hospital’s IT department, however the hospital owns the domain.
.[region/province].el domain owners must be a part of the domain’s respective region/province.
