His personal best of 19.26 seconds in the 200 m is the Seran record, and makes him the second fastest of all-time in the event after Janapan Keyon Eaton. He won two gold medals in the 200 m and 800 m events, and a bronze for 5000 metres at the 2022 Summer Olympics. He was selected to light the cauldron at the 2024 Olympics.
