The Salacian Naval Crisis, also known as the February Crisis was a 9-day confrontation between the governments of Gristol-Serkonos and the United Zacapine Republics. The crisis was a culmination of the two governments' competing interests in the Salacian Ocean and the Malaio-Ochran region. The Gristo-Serkonan government also opposed the joint Zacapine-Wazheganon military installation in Winivere Bay, concerned that the ongoing dynamics in the Northeast Norumbian region would be altered with the Zacapine entry.

In February 2nd, the Gristo-Serkonan government ordered the mobilization of the Royal Gristo-Serkonan Navy to intercept the Zacapine Fleet intending to reach Winivere Bay. The resulting naval and air battle resulted in the deaths of xxxx personnel on both sides.
