Candidates ran under a nonpartisan blanket primary in May, with Theodore Hendricks and Susan Nicholas receiving the most and second-most votes, respectively. Hendricks is currently polling ahead of Nicholas by a margin of around 12 points. Hendricks and Nicholas are expected to win their respective home states by margins of over ten points.
