TPOTG is a country on the Ordnance Archipelago, it is comprised of TPOTG proper, multiple protectorates, mandates, and client states. It is an oligarchy under the leadership of PotatoDuck, Mars, and MajorBulletMagnet. The mainland borders the Arthub Republic to the Northwest and Ordnance Imperial Union to the North, with the South Ordnance Sea containing its islands, such as the Tychan Megatoll. The earliest record of the name "TPOTG" dates back to March of 2023, found in the ruins of Kyntisawomanon, after months of growing de-facto nationalism, on Hackers' Day Eve, TPOTG officially declared full independence from the Ordnance Imperial Union to no objection.

The protocol consists of first saturating enemy locations with estrogen (non lethal), guaranteeing 99% of the area's population is female. The second step consists of dropping "Yuri" bombs, causing lesbian thoughts, thereby neutralizing them from their original objective. Extraction is the final step, in which, former enemy forces are brought to TPOTG, this is how TPOTG repopulates with a 0% fertility rate. Extraction is the only case where fatalities have happened in the 1% not affected by estrogen.
