Sassoi are a mammalian bipedal humanoid species native to the grassland planet Nauhines and found widely throughout the galaxy. Sassoi are colored brown and white with distinguishing black stripes in varying areas. The males have long, often curved, horns. Evolved from four-legged antelope-like creatures on their homeworld, Sassoi are deeply religious beings and throughout their off-world colonies have established a theocracy.
