Mike Anthony Gipson (born June 25, 1966) is an American-born New Californian politician who served as the second President of New California from 2033 to 2041. Previously, he served in the General Assembly (GA) from 2032 to 2033 and the California State Assembly from 2014 until its abolition in 2031.

As an assemblyman, Gipson was a member of the California Legislative Black Caucus, and one of its founding members in the GA. Prior to being elected to the Assembly in 2014, he served on the Carson City Council.
