The 77th World Hit Festival will be held on the 22nd December 2024. It was held in the Maregrad Arena in Rugenia's capital city Maregrad, following the country's victory in the previous contest held in Scotatrova. The contest will consist of a single live show, held on 22nd December and presented by Lena Kuskavka and Johannes, a former WorldVision Song Contest winner. The 77th World Hit Festival marks the start of the eighth World Hit Festival Overseer Era, with Claudia Anne-Davies from Britonisea becoming the new Overseer.
