Laurent Amuli Tulossa (b. March 23, 1979) is a Lyoan politician who served as president of Lyoa from 1979 to 2002. He originally seized power in the 1979 Lyoan coup d'état against widely unpopular president James Sharokoh. His coup was originally seen as a positive, and his administration brought great prosperity to Lyoa. During the later years of his rule, he grew increasingly unpopular, and after mass protests against him were heavily cracked down upon, the Lyoan Civil War began. He was eventually overthrown as the Revolutionary United Forces took Tigera. Tulossa is currently in exile, believed to be in Greater Sacramento.
