Jackson Nowak was born on July 12, 1955 in Erie, New Union. Ever since he was a kid. Jackson was drawn towards the water. He would go boating, sailing, fishing, as well as many other aquatic activities with his mother, father, and two brothers.
In highschool he rowed for his school's rowing team, and wrestled as well.
At 18 he joined the New Gandorian Navy, and started school at the New Gandorian Naval Academy. There he studied radio communications.
After school he immediately went into service as a communications officer. He worked his way up the chain, and in 2005 he became an Admiral for the New Gandorian Navy.
He commanded the New Gandorian Blockade Fleet of the Armas Blockade. His flagship is the NGS Zimana
