Article 1: Territorial acknowledgements.

  • Section 1
Contracting parties recognise the sovereignty of Independent Bēniran.
  • Section 2
Contracting parties do not recognise the sovereignty of Serenese Leo Terra.
  • Section 3
Contracting parties do not recognise the sovereignty of Anglian Bēniran.
  • Section 4
Contracting parties do not acknowledge Serenese Leo Terran lawful possession of the Lion Mountains.

Article 2: Diplomatic acknowledgements.

  • Section 1
Contracting parties hold no obligation to support the diplomatic actions of the Federated Fire Territories.
  • Section 2
Contracting parties hold no obligation to support through means of war or materiel the diplomatic actions of the Federated Fire Territories.
  • Section 3
Contracting parties hold no obligation to uphold Article 1 in the event of war arising with any one of the following powers:
  • New Tyran.
  • Serenoro.
  • Sieuxerr.

Article 3: Diplomatic commitments.

  • Section 1
Contracting parties agree to not enter into separate agreements to the prejudice of this agreement.

Contracting parties agree to communicate frankly and fully when any of the interests affected by this treaty are in jeopardy.

Contracting parties agree to uphold the treaty for a minimum period of 10 years post ratification.

Contracting parties agree to declare support to the renewal of this agreement after a period of 9 years post ratification.

Contracting parties agree to declare intentions to not renew this agreement prior to the 9 year period of Article 3 Subsection 3.1 elapsing.

Contracting parties acknowledge the sovereign right to withdraw from this agreement.

Contracting parties agree that additions to contracting parties must have the assent of at least ⅔ of the current contracting parties.

Contracting parties agree that amendments to this agreement must take place concurrently with the renewal period of Article 3 Subsection 3.1 of this agreement.

Article 4: Geopolitical commitments.

  • Section 1: Federated Fire Territories.
The Federated Fire Territories pledges the following support for the Macchian cause:
  • Investment into Macchian naval infrastructure at Metlaya and Lachitoya with the aim to natively produce capital fleet assets.
  • Construction of coastal fortifications at Quiahuitzala and emplacement of gun batteries.
  • Section 2: Federated Fire Territories.
The Federated Fire Territories pledges the following support for the Caprean cause:
  • Investment into Mēdacaprean naval infrastructure at Reuento with the aim to natively produce sea denial assets.
  • Construction of coastal fortifications at Reuento and emplacement of gun batteries.
  • Section 3: Maquixtlco.
In recognition of Article 4 Section 1:
  • The state of Maquixtlco cedes the Setord Peninsular to the Federated Fire Territories in perpetuity for the expressed purpose of security forces projection.
  • Section 4: Mēdacapre.
In recognition of Article 4 Section 2:
  • The state of Mēdacapre agrees to lease a portion of the Reuento naval base to the Federated Fire Territories for a period of no less than 99 years.

Article 5: Alliance commitments.

  • Section 1
Contracting parties agree to unequivocally support any contracting party which becomes involved in a war with more than one power.
  • Section 2
Contracting parties agree to wherever possible support any contracting party which becomes involved in a war with any power.
  • Section 3
Contracting parties agree to allow any contracting party the right to naval access of any contracting party’s waters.
  • Section 4
Contracting parties agree to uphold the highest form of preparedness by conducting joint bi-annual naval exercises.
