Lieutenant-Colonel Mehmet Khalid Suleiman Effendi is a businessman and former Army officer who is chairman and owner of Effendi Counter-Insurgency Solutions.

early life and education

He was born in Afghanistan while his father was stationed there doing work for Effendi Counter-Insurgency Solutions himself (he was an engineering officer at the time). Born into a billionaire business dynasty he was educated at Rugby School in England before going to Oxford University to study Middle-Eastern history.

Military service

He joined the Royal Sharifistani Army in 2006 serving in the Royal Pashtunistan City Infantry and leaving in 2016. He served in Baluchistan (part of Pakistan), Pakistani Kashmir, Iraq and Syria Business career
