Artarum maintains diplomatic relations with most sovereign states in the world. It has a pro-active foreign policy with emphasis on free trade and a liberal financial system, the preservation of international security between members of the Artarumen Commonwealth, and the promotion of liberal democracies.
Artarum is a full member of several international organisations, including the Artarumen Commonwealth, the International Assembly, the International Monetary Fund, and the International Bank for Development.
