Loria (Seketese: Loria; Fjeskan: Lorja), officially the (Seketese: Vila-Komyn á Loria; Fjeskan: Libec komen a Lorja) is the capital city of Fjeska. With a population of 528,275, Loria is the second-largest city of Seketan. The city is a municipality and has special status as a city municipality.

Situated on the southern tip of Lake Seketan, Loria is the economic and governmental centre pf Fjeska. Loria is an important cultural centre for Fjeskans, containing the largest urban population of Fjeskan language speakers. The city is heavily interconnected with other lakeside cities in Central Seketan. The city operates a rapid transit system called the Loria Metro opened in 2003.

The city of Loria originated as the governmental centre of the Duchy of Fjeska. During the industrialization of Seketan, the city grew immensely from rural migrants. After the independence of Seketan from the Nelbec Empire, Loria flourished but became severely impoverished during the Great Depression. The city developed troubled ethnic-relations between Sekens and Fjeskans which culminated in the Fjeska conflict, which occurred before the collapse of the Third Seketese Republic.

Loria is governed by the Loria Assembly that is led by a directly-elected mayor. The official languages of the city are Seketese and Fjeskan, spoken by 52% and 42% of the population respectively.
