The Military Order of the Tower and of the Sword, of Valour, Loyalty and Merit. It is one of the highest Orders that can be bestowed upon any Hellenic citizen or any foreigner.
History
The order was created in 1643 by x, who awarded it not long after to his trusted commander, x. X, a capable officer, had lead the way on reforms to strengthen the military and increase the effectiveness of it exponentially. Originally, the order simply had two ranks but the others were added later on in the wake of the successful defenses of the northern regions.
