The House of Peers is the upper house of the Radictistani parliament. It differs from the lower House of Delegates by being comprised of members of the Radictistani nobility who inherit their seats rather than elected politicians. As with the lower house, the business of the House of Peers is managed by a nonpartisan officer, the Lord Speaker.
