Equipment
The Imperial Navy features a broad varity of warfare vehicles. In total it operates 508 active vessels in duty, another 40 auxiliary ships and 3500 aircraft. In general the Imperial Navy is fairly modernized, due to the Modernization Act of 1996. The main reason of the previously mentioned act was that Canton had observed that their fleet, although still very numerous, was becoming outdated in comparison with foreign powers. While almost all active vessels are usable in combat, the Imperial Navy retains some ships predating the 1950's, purely to preserve cultural heritage. Every single one of the Navy's vessels are up to date constructed by W&S Corporation. All of the warship classes, their built year, the number of each respective class's active/retired/commisioned vessels, and more details are all found in this register.
